I have over 18 years’ experience working in corporate FMCG, fashion and luxury beauty companies where I worked in roles such as Global Marketing Director, Head of Ecommerce and Omnichannel Lead, specialising in Digital.
Bringing over 15 years of leadership experience, managing teams of varying seniority and successfully developing high-performing, engaged teams.
From career dilemmas and presenting with confidence, to rejection, challenging conversations and career progression - I’ve had it all and more!
Today I am passionate about coaching and mentoring individuals to navigate challenges and reach their full potential.

WHY I BECAME A COACH
I had coaching and the impact it had on me was profound. I noticed I was asking myself more questions, checking in with myself and not just ‘plodding along’, I felt like I was more in control of where I was heading.
When someone suggested that I might enjoy training as a coach myself, I decided to explore it. My initial plan was to use the skills to become a better leader and further develop my skills at work, but once I began, I realised just how much I loved it. It’s all about other people and helping them achieve something - this is what I love! That’s when I chose to fully commit to being a coach.
I’ve had the privilege of partnering with many amazing clients, all with different goals, challenges and perspectives, as they navigate meaningful transformation and I’m continually inspired by their journeys. I’m excited about the people I’ve yet to meet and what we will explore together.
